According to the TESDA training center website, here are the guidelines on how to check for the Filipino seafarers certificate:

Below are the RATINGS FORMING PART OF NAVIGATIONAL OR ENGINEERING WATCH.

Instructions:

1. Choose from among the search options.

2. If option is to search by Certificate Number, simply enter the Certificate Number (e.g. 12345)

3. If option is to search by name, enter the Surname first followed by a comma and then the Given Name and M.I. (e.g. Gonzales, Dante V.)

4. Click GO
