POEA JObs - Female Welder Jobs in USA Qatar Saudi Arabia Libya and UAE

i am a female welder and had an experience in gtaw and smaw.and just finished my gmaw training at tesda. i also passed the assesment for gmaw nc2.where will i apply.theres still no job opportunities for female welders abroad. ive been searching for a long time online.even on government websites.
